This year’s three finalists in the mixed-use category are more than the housing they provide. They include a library, retail space for small businesses, and a treatment center and housing for individuals struggling with addiction. The finalists include: 600 Seventh in San Francisco; The Eliza in New York City; and Shelby House and Samaritan Recovery Center in Nashville, Tennessee.
